The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the conditions of purchase between DAFNA’S PERSONAL SKINCARE TM (by the company UAF ATID SL, herby DAFNA’S PERSONAL SKINCARE TM) and the Customer to which DAFNA’S PERSONAL SKINCARE TM supplies the products offered in its online shop in exchange for financial compensation.

The products will be sold at the price indicated at the time of the confirmation of the purchase.

The activity of DAFNA’S PERSONAL SKINCARE TM consists in selling cosmetic products online, through its website, and our local and global retailers or global distributers.
2. How to buy on the Website
To purchase our products through the website you need to be over 18 years of age. In the case minors less than that age are making any purchase, they have to have their parents authorization and DAFNA’S PERSONAL SKINCARE TMDAFNA’S PERSONAL SKINCARE TM TM may ask for it in the necessary cases.

3. Information regarding Shipments
We’ll do everything we can to deliver your package to you as soon as possible. Usually 1-2 days to process the order and then 1-2 days for delivery.
Can I choose the time slot to receive my order?
You can write the time slot in which you prefer to receive your order (morning or afternoon), leave us a note on the order (at the button area where you can place comments) and our couriers partners will try to respect it (but we can not agrentee in advance its completion).
Our international orders take about 5-7 days to reach destination.

Does DAFNA’S PERSONAL SKINCARE TM accept returns?
Yes! In such cases, within 14 business days we will refund the amount paid for the returned product(s) (including any initial shipping costs).
