Three lines of action on a single face.
Reset, Detoxify, and Revival have been the core of our formulation strategy since 2015: clinical-grade essential oils, adaptogens, and neurocosmetics. Discover the pathway each mask opens, how to activate them, and how to combine them based on the condition of each area.

- Our clinical-grade triple axis: essential oils, adaptogens, and neurocosmetics (1.2)
- Which level and skin condition each formula addresses (2.1 – 2.3)
- Reset and Exfo-Bio: renewal and collagen in mature skin (2.1)
- Skin longevity: barrier and microbiome (2.4)
- Functional sensoriality and zonal application techniques (3.2)
- Zonal multi-masking as a professional treatment differentiator (4.1)
Why our masks are different
What makes our masks different, the foundational formula that supports them, and the three pillars they work with.
# Introduction
Our masks work on different skin levels and states, and each one enters through its own pathway: enzymatic and biological renewal with heat in Reset, physical exfoliation activated by water in Detoxify, and adaptogens and encapsulated charcoal released by the mist in Revival. They are three pathways formulated to coexist on the same face.
We formulate for long-term skin health: renewing while respecting the microbiome, the barrier function, and the tissue's recovery capacity, along the skin-mind axis that supports the entire Ecosystem. This is what we understand by skin longevity.
For a facialist, this moment is key. It is when the skin is most receptive, when the result is visible within the same session, and when your client perceives the technical level of your work.
It is also where the professional treatment makes a difference compared to home use: in your salon, the mask is activated, combined by zones, and worked with temperature and massage.
# Our core focus, since 2015
Since 2015, we have formulated our products around three clinical-grade pillars that work in synergy as a single system: essential oils, adaptogens, and neurocosmetics. We were the first to combine them in a single formula, and this combination defines every product of the brand.
Behind this are specific disciplines: neurocosmetics, psychodermatology, clinical aromatherapy, and the study of adaptogens.
This is clearly visible in the masks. The essential oils work through clinical aromatherapy: lavender, palmarosa, and frankincense in Reset; sweet orange, lemongrass, and rosemary in Detoxify; geranium and sweet orange in Revival. Ginseng and Reishi in Revival provide the adaptogenic pathway.
Neurocosmetics orchestrates the whole: heat, aroma, and texture are formulated as signals that the cutaneous nervous system receives during treatment, and each pillar reinforces the other two.
# The three pillars
Each mask acts at a different depth: enzymatic and biological renewal, physical exfoliation, or adaptogenic regeneration. That is why they can coexist on the same face.
Enzymatic warmth, the freshness of mist, a texture that transforms beneath your hands, aroma. These are biological variables of the treatment: they modulate the response of the cutaneous nervous system. We develop this in section 3.2.
Renew while protecting the barrier and microbiome, so that the skin maintains its function over time, session after session. We develop this in section 2.4.
# Adaptogens, our own terrain
Ginseng, Ginkgo, and Reishi in Revival. Adaptogens help tissue adapt to stress and gradually regain its functional range.
It is the same logic with which we formulated the Nutrition Night Cream in 2015, before adaptogens became a trend in cosmetics. In masks, it means that Revival, in addition to hydrating, supports the resilience of skin subjected to sustained stress.
In Reset, the approach is different: enzymatic and biological renewal with papain, Exfo-Bio, and vitamin C. Knowing how each formula works is what allows you to choose with discernment.

The three masks
Three textures and three courses of action. Get to know them well and you will be able to make decisions in the treatment room without following a rigid protocol.

Reset
Enzymatic and biological renewal, with vitamin C.
One of our key treatment masks, featuring a highly specific combination of renewal pathways. Papain provides enzymatic action with a warming sensation. Exfo-Bio, a biological exfoliant made from cajá, mango, and banana pulp, combines plant acids (AHAs) and carbohydrates: it removes surface cells while protecting the lower layers of the epidermis and stimulates collagen and elastin in the dermis. Vitamin C provides radiance and antioxidant protection, while a low concentration of salicylic acid refines texture and pores. Visible results from the first application, especially on mature skin.
15 minutes of exposure in the treatment room. The enzymatic action lasts for that time; afterwards, the product dries and stops working, so it should not be left on longer or overnight.
- Mature skin / loss of firmness
- Fine lines
- Dull skin / uneven texture
- Uneven skin tone
- Pre-event preparation
- Exfo-Bio (cajá, mango, and banana · botanical AHAs)
- Papain (enzyme)
- Vitamin C (ascorbyl glucoside)
- Low-concentration salicylic acid
- Pea extract
- Kaolin
Exfo-Bio is a biological exfoliant derived from cajá, mango, and banana pulp. It works on both the epidermis and the dermis.
In the epidermis, it accelerates natural desquamation and removes surface cells, while simultaneously strengthening the cohesion of the underlying layers.
In the dermis, it stimulates the synthesis of type I collagen and elastin, the foundation of firmness and elasticity.
Active ingredient data (manufacturer studies, at 3%): +175% type I collagen and +62% elastin ex vivo, +16% cell renewal, and after 28 days of use, 94% of volunteers perceived their skin to be softer, 84% more luminous, and 81% firmer. This data is for the isolated active ingredient; use it in the treatment room to explain the Reset mechanism.

Detoxify
You activate physical exfoliation yourself.
Grape seed, argan, and jojoba oil base with glycerin, activated coconut charcoal, bamboo powder, and avocado powder. It removes impurities, addresses pore appearance and blackheads, and renews the surface while preserving barrier lipids. In a study, +60% skin renewal (desquamation index at 28 days).
Leave on for five minutes. Then add a little water and massage until the texture transforms into a milk: that massage is the exfoliation. Removing it directly with a towel does not exfoliate.
- Enlarged pores / blackheads
- Congested skin
- T-zone
- Uneven texture
- Urban buildup
- Activated coconut charcoal
- Bamboo powder
- Avocado powder
- Grape, argan, and jojoba oils

Revival
Two treatments in the same jar.
Best New Product of the Year at the 2020 Beauty Shortlist Awards. Ginseng, Ginkgo, and Reishi act as adaptogens on skin subjected to sustained stress, supporting its recovery capacity, while low molecular weight hyaluronic acid and damask rose water restore elasticity and comfort. It contains encapsulated charcoal: when activated, it is released, adding exfoliation and radiance to the same product.
Two ways to use. Unactivated, it acts as an adaptogenic regenerating mask. Activated with Active Mist, preferably over water, and massaged, it releases encapsulated charcoal to exfoliate and even out skin tone.
- Tired/stressed skin
- Lack of elasticity
- Dehydration
- Dull tone
- All skin conditions
- Ginseng, Ginkgo and Reishi (adaptogens)
- Encapsulated charcoal
- Low molecular weight hyaluronic acid
- Damask rose water
# Skin longevity: barrier and microbiome
Skin longevity is the skin's ability to maintain its function over time: an intact barrier, a balanced microbiome, and good resilience. It is the criterion with which we formulate every mask and how we suggest you choose them.
The skin microbiome needs an intact barrier to maintain its balance. That is why our masks renew and, at the same time, protect that environment.
Reset renews enzymatically and biologically: Exfo-Bio removes surface cells while strengthening the cohesion of the lower layers, on a base of aloe, betaine, and hyaluronic acid. Detoxify exfoliates using grape, argan, and jojoba oils that preserve barrier lipids. Revival combines the adaptogenic approach with damask rose water, aloe, and hyaluronic acid.
In the treatment room, the best sign of a well-chosen mask is how the skin feels in the following days: comfortable, stable, and receptive to at-home treatment.
# The role of Recovery
Recovery Cleanser is a cleanser and mask in one. For lipid-deficient skin, apply a generous layer, leave on for 5 to 10 minutes, and remove with a warm towel.
Keep this in mind when designing a protocol: sometimes the mask that skin needs is already in the cleansing step.

The mask within the ritual
Where each mask fits into the session, the sensorial experience and zone-specific application technique that accompany it, and three sequences with their actual timings, removal instructions, and the mistakes we see most often in the treatment room.
# The moment of the ritual
In the cleansing phase. Recovery as a nourishing mask, or Detoxify after double cleansing to decongest and prep the tissue. Here, the mask opens the treatment.
In the treatment phase. Reset or Revival after cleansing and before serums, when the mask is the central step of the session and the source of the visible result.
The decision depends on the condition of the skin that day and the medium-term goal you have agreed upon.
# Functional sensoriality and application technique by zone
Smell is the only sense that reaches the limbic system directly, where emotion and the stress response are processed. The skin, in turn, is full of nerve endings that read temperature, pressure, and rhythm. Aroma, warmth, and massage reach the client as biological information.
When stress is sustained, elevated cortisol affects the skin's barrier and its capacity for recovery. A slow gesture, an aroma formulated with clinical criteria, and a well-worked temperature promote a state of calm in which the skin responds better to treatment.
This is the part of the result that depends on your touch.
Zonal application technique, mask by mask
Reset · lip contour, barcode lines and expression lines. Before applying, explain to your client the sensation of heat she will feel. Apply in an even layer, from the inside out, and let the skin rest during the application time: here the enzymes and Exfo-Bio do the work.
Detoxify · nose, chin and T-zone. With water, use small, slow circular motions with your fingertips, working from the inside out, using light and constant pressure as the texture turns into milk. In the most congested areas, massage for longer with the same pressure.
Revival · cheeks, neck and décolleté. When activating it with Active Mist, use an enveloping and paused massage to release the encapsulated charcoal evenly.
Finish with Serenity Oil or Harmony · entire face. Slow glides from the center of the face towards the temples and then towards the neck, with enveloping pressure and a constant rhythm. A slow and predictable rhythm is a signal of calm for the cutaneous nervous system.
Reset Renewal
The protocol with the most visible result in the same session.
Reset on clean skin. The sensation of heat appears in the first few minutes and is part of the enzymatic action: explain this to your client before starting. It is the reference sequence for mature skin, due to the combination of renewal, vitamin C, and collagen stimulation.
+ Optional: Vitality or Unify serum afterwards, depending on the session goal.
Detox Activated
The mask that turns into milk in your hands.
Detoxify only exfoliates when you transform it. You apply it, leave it on for five minutes, add water, and massage it until the oil base emulsifies. That massage is the treatment.
+ Technique: small, slow circles with the fingertips, from the inside out, with light and constant pressure. In the highly congested T-zone, focus on massaging for longer with the same pressure.
Revival, two readings
The same mask, two different treatments.
It’s your call. If your skin is tired and its barrier is compromised, leave Revival on to work its magic and then rinse it off: the adaptogens will address the stress response. If you are also looking for exfoliation and radiance, activate it with Active Mist and massage it to release the encapsulated charcoal.
+ Without activating: leave on to act and remove with a warm towel, as an adaptogenic regeneration mask.

Advanced sequences
Multi-masking by zone and how to integrate masks into your cleansing or treatment routine according to the session's goal.
Multi-masking by zone
A single face experiences several needs at once.
The three masks working at the same time, each where the skin needs it and in the way that area requires. This is the gesture that most sets your salon apart: it requires skin analysis, professional judgment, and a skilled hand.
+ Optional: activate the Revival charcoal only if that area also needs brightness.

Face mask in the cleansing phase
The mask that begins the treatment.
When the skin is congested or lipid-deficient, the mask is part of the cleansing process: it decongests or nourishes and leaves the tissue prepared for what comes next.
+ Optional: Axis instead of Detoxify if the skin needs gentle chemical renewal and skin stress modulation.
Face mask as a treatment
When the face mask is the focus of the session.
After cleansing and before serums. Reset if you are looking for renewal, collagen, texture, and radiance; Revival if the skin is tired and needs adaptogens, elasticity, and calm.
+ Massage with Serenity Oil or Harmony before finishing: slow sliding movements from the center of the face towards the temples and then towards the neck, with enveloping pressure and a steady rhythm.
Ingredients that touch the soul.
