1. Why are you a natural and organic brand?
Our bodies absorb what we put on top and the skin covers all our body... so we need to take care of what we apply. A plant based skincare, in a very similar way to food, is about what our body benefits from what we apply on it. This is why what is inside the cosmetics we use is so critical.
All our products include 100% natural or natural-driven ingredients and up to 85% of them are organic.2. What is Psycho-dermatology wellness skincare?
Psycho-dermatology is in our essence, as Dafna- our founder- is a psychologist and believe in the deep connection between our mental state and our skin conditions. The connection is dual: The way our skin affects our emotional state and the way we feel affects our skin.
Dafna believes that skincare is not just something we apply. It is about how we treat, love and care for our skin, and therefore for ourselves. Based on multiple studies that showed the dual connection of mental health and skin, Dafna created this unique line to help us in the daily task of taking care of our skin, making it healthy, glowing and beautiful, while taking care of ourselves as persons as a whole entity.
We reflect the psychologist's part in how we understand stress and other daily elements affect our skin. WE provide you solutions with our daily rituals, application matter of the products and the Soul ingredients we use .
Obviously, this comes as an added part to our highly efficacy & concreated products that allows us to see strong results on skin level (with high % of biotechnology).
This is what makes our formulas and brand unique. We look at the person as a whole entity and not just on skin level.3. What are soul ingredients?
Soul ingredients is a concept invented by Dafna- to reflect how the ingredients that we use have their own with history, rituals and emotions. AS our skincare is based on psychological wellness (Dafna being a psychologist), she finds it important to give the emotional effect of these ingredients into our daily care. These ingredients are essential oils and ayurveda extracts. Soul ingredients take the skincare into the next level. They allow us to connect with our soul and with our emotions in our My Moment rituals.
4. What is biotechnology? Why do you use it?
Biotechnology allows us to take our products to the next level of efficacy with highly proven and visible results. It is the selection of the key active parts in a natural ingredient- and using it in a high concentration, sometimes with other key actives from other ingredients. This allows us to create unique combinations with very high efficacy and benefits to treat specific skin needs in a very focal and active way.
5. Do you test on animals? What does it mean that you are 100% vegan?
We do not use ANY ingredient that is from or derived from animals (like honey for example). We do not test on animals and we do not use raw ingredients from vendors that test on animals. Our brand is certified by PETA as 100% vegan and cruelty free.

1. What are the key products that I need to have in my beauty routine?
It is highly important to get the very basic steps right in your routine:
* Cleansers - day and night (if you do not cleanse, other products will not work the same!)
* Moisturise morning and night
* Regular exfoliation is also an important step to keep skin regenerating.
* Eye care treatment is also critical and to start from your early 20th , as the skin around the eyes is the first to show signs of aging.2. How long will it take to see a difference in my skin?
For some products, you may see a difference immediately, like our cleansers, masks and hydration products.
For other products, such as repairing serums, the repair work is happening at the deeper layers of the skin and results may take a few weeks / months. It is important to keep being consistent so that their treatment will be shown.3. What preservatives do you use?
We use several plant-based preservative systems dependent on the product.
This includes small concentrations of natural plant-based alcohols and extracts, plants acids, vitamin E and natural antioxidants.
Also, our jars and bottles , being black reduce the oxidation level of the products and act as preservatives by themselves!4. Can I use your product while pregnant? Or breastfeeding?
Usually yes. Dafna is a certified specialist in aromatherapy and treats pregnant women. Therefore she chose NOT to add any essential oils with risk for pregnancy or other ingredients that can be contradictory to pregnancy and breastfeeding. In the case of some of our products such as Unify serum, Youth recovery body serum and mineralizing stone we recommend NOT to us enduring pregnancy and breastfeeding. In those cases, the specific instruction to avoid is highlighted at the product description.

1. Do you ship every day?
We ship every business day. Normally we take out the orders in 24-48 hours after you have placed your order.
2. In how much time will my request be delivered?
You should get your order in about 24-48 hours in Spain from the moment of shipment (except the Balearic and Canary Islands, which takes between 5 and 7 days), Europe and the USA between 7 and 10 days.
