The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the conditions of purchase between DAFNA’S PERSONAL SKINCARE TM (by the company UAF ATID SL, herby DAFNA’S PERSONAL SKINCARE TM) and the Customer to which DAFNA’S PERSONAL SKINCARE TM supplies the products offered in its online shop in exchange for financial compensation.

Price
The products will be sold at the price indicated at the time of the confirmation of the purchase.
Tax
All prices include the Value Added Tax (VAT), except for the shipping cost which may vary depending on the number of products purchased and shipping country.

Free Samples and gifted products
Please note that our orders typically include complimentary samples. These samples are provided as gifts and are subject to availability. While we strive to include a specific sample as requested, this is contingent upon the brand's ability and willingness to supply it.
In the event that a particular sample is unavailable, we will make every effort to substitute it with an alternative one of comparable value.
Furthermore, we are committed to providing a varying range of samples, as detailed in the updated content. The number of samples included in each order may fluctuate, typically ranging from two to four. The selection and quantity of samples are subject to change over time, based on the brand discretion and stock availability.
In the event that an order includes fewer than four sachets, the customer is entitled to request up to four complimentary sachets. Such requests should be directed to info@dafnaskincare.com.

2. How to buy on the Website

3. Information regarding Shipments
Delivery time
We are committed to ensuring the prompt delivery of your package. Our standard procedure involves a processing time of 1-2 days for your order, followed by an additional 1-2 days for delivery. Please be aware that these timeframes are estimates and may be subject to variation due to factors such as product availability or unforeseen difficulties encountered by the courier service.
In any case where delays are anticipated or occur, we will make it a priority to keep you informed. Our team will provide timely notifications to keep you updated on the status of your delivery, ensuring you remain informed throughout the process.
Can I choose the time slot to receive my order?
You can write the time slot in which you prefer to receive your order (morning or afternoon), leave us a note on the order (at the button area where you can place comments) and our couriers partners will try to respect it (but we can not agrentee in advance its completion).
International shipments
Our international orders take about 5-7 days to reach destination.

Does DAFNA’S PERSONAL SKINCARE TM accept returns?
Yes! Please contact us at info@dafnaskincare.com if your product is damaged or you have any other problem with it Once we receive your return, we will check that everything is correct and contact you to confirm the refund processing. In such cases, within 14 business days we will refund the amount paid for the returned product(s) (including any initial shipping costs). The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen at the time of ordering.
We will not refund the payment in the following cases:
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- If you bought our product, not directly from our website. Please contact the retailer first.
- Used products whose packaging has been opened and/or tampered with.
- On some occasions we also accept devolutions until 60 days (this will be communicated in our promotions like Black Friday or other events).
4. Cancellation of the order
I have just made a purchase, but I wish to cancel it, what can I do?
If you like to cancel your order you should inform us as soon as possible through our chat or sending us an email to info@dafnaskincare.com
If the order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it and refund the full amount of the purchase.
If your order is already processed or has been sent, you have to follow the return process.
